New comers, please at least install the WinAVR and download the Coreboard Schematic, the ATmega128 Specification and the Program Template.

Install the Prolific cable driver only if you are using the very same hardware, you should check the USB VID and PID in the device page, this screenshot should sufficiently explain this statement.
